Problems with an Order?

Return/Exchange Policy

  • Please note that we do not issue refunds to the original form of payment. All approved returns will be eligible for store credit or product exchange only.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a shipping error.

  • Products must meet the following criteria:

    • Unused and in the same condition you received it.

    • Original packaging must be intact

Eligibility

  • Return must be initiated within 14 days after you received your order

  • Sale items are final sale

  • All Launch date/Quickstrike/Limited release product are subject to approval for return


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped

  • If a shipping label has been created, the order is considered in transit and will be subject to the return policy above.

  • Cancelled launch product orders may be subject to a 10% restocking fee


Why was my order cancelled?

The most common reasons why orders are cancelled are..

  • We had a stock error and no longer have the item you ordered.
  • Order was flagged as high risk by Shopify
  • Billing/Shipping address did not match
  • Billing street address doesn't match credit card's registered address

How to Make a Return

  1. Email us at contact@courtsidesneakers.com to request a return/exchange.

  2. We will issue the return confirmation and provide return shipping address/instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error.

  3. Once the item is returned and inspected, a credit or exchange will be processed.

  4. You are responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.


Damaged or Rejected Returns

  • If returned items are damaged or unsellable, you will be notified.

  • No credit/exchange will be issued. You can choose to:

    • Have the item shipped back to you (at your expense) within 14 days

    • If we do not hear back, the item will be discarded


Missing Products/Orders

  • If an item is missing from your order, notify us within 14 days.

  • We cannot process missing item claims after this period.

  • Courtside Sneakers is not liable for lost, stolen or misplaced packages once the carrier marks orders as delivered.
